Quick answers about coverage.

Q · 01

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with most major vision and medical plans. Coverage details vary by employer — call us before your visit with your card and we'll verify what's covered.

Q · 02

Is there a difference between vision and medical insurance?

Yes. Vision insurance covers routine exams and eyewear. Medical insurance covers diagnosed conditions like dry eye, diabetic eye disease, or glaucoma. Some visits use both — we'll help sort it out.

Q · 03

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer transparent self-pay pricing and CareCredit financing for larger purchases. No surprises at checkout.

Not in your network?

You're still welcome.

If we're out of network for your plan, you can still be seen here. We collect payment at the time of service and hand you a detailed superbill — an itemized receipt — to submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement.

How it works
  1. Check your benefits first

Before your visit, ask your carrier what your out-of-network benefits cover so you know what to expect.

  2. Pay at the time of service

We collect payment the day of your appointment — no surprise billing later.

  3. Get your superbill

We hand you an itemized receipt with everything your carrier needs to process a claim.

  4. Submit for reimbursement

Send the superbill to your insurer yourself to recover any eligible out-of-network amount.
